The Young Clergy Women Project is an initiative proposing two linked projects, each benefiting younger clergywomen (ages 35 and under). Both projects serve an ultimate goal of helping these young women to develop clergy support networks, but will also provide data and insights for future research on improving conditions for the youngest ordained women.
Specifically, support is sought to fund a continuing education program for young clergy women, and the creation of a multi - faceted web site, combining a public page where essays, articles and reflections may be posted with a series of password-protected pages where the young women can speak freely, and build clergy support networks in both virtual and real time.
